We are looking for individuals who can dedicate some time to our growing online presence.  This team prides itself with having useful, clean programs/scripts for general download to everyone.  If you have any questions about a position here, please contact admin@programmingsource.net. These are volunteer positions, not paid positions and if selected, we do expect some site activity from you...not just to have your name on this site. Although this is a "learning" site, you need to be experienced to be a team member...we do not have the time to teach you how to program!  Position details are as follows:

Application Programmer -
Will be responsible for creating custom programs in Visual Basic, C#, .NET, or any other language and releasing code snippets and source.  Will also contribute to our help/support forums relating to the programs released and programming assistance.  Programs created for this site will not contain any hacking or booting material.  Must be original work, not a copy, replica or a "rip off" of someone else's work or source code. You must be able to provide some support for your released programs!

Web Design/Scripting -
Will be responsible for creating custom PHP-Fusion infusions, panels and themes.  May also release html, java and php scripting.  All scripts must be fully tested before releasing!  Will also contribute to our help/support forums relating to the scripting released and general scripting assistance.  Scripts created for this site will not contain any exploitable material.  Must be original work, not a copy or replica.

Content Providers -
Will be responsible for finding related files and information that would be beneficial on our site.  This could be Yahoo Messenger downloads (no booters, ect), PHP-Fusion downloads, php/java scripts, mobile phone downloads and so on. Must be able to send the information including: file name, description, official homepage and downloadable link to admins to get the file added. Will be able to post relevant stories on our homepage.

Beta Testers -
Will be responsible for testing pre-release programs or scripts.  This is more of an "as needed" basis when critical updates need tested thoroughly.  Must be able to provide detailed feedback about program or script updates.  Beta Testers will usually get a pre-release 3-5 days prior to projected public release to fully test it and provide a detailed report - positives and negatives.  Please do not sign up for this if you intend on getting early releases and not providing feedback.

Site Endorsers -
Will be responsible for promoting and endorsing this site to gain visitors and memberships including: chat room posts, web site posts, web site affiliations (approved by an Admin first), instant messages, email (not excessive spamming) and so on. 

Moderators -
Will be responsible for upholding site guidelines for user posts in the forums.  Will also need a knowledge of programs and scripts released here to help contribute in the forums.

Please note that we may not always have openings available. Fill out the application and you should get a response within 24 hours either asking for more information or that there is no open spot for the position you have selected.  The amount of staff we need is generally determined by how many users are active with the site.

All team members will receive some administration power, ftp access and/or the possibility of an email address.  All work done is ultimately the property of ProgrammingSource.net (PS Soft).  You will retain all credit, but should you leave...PS Soft Administration still reserves the right to keep any and all files on here as long as we wish, with you keeping the credits, of course.

Please Note - these positions are volunteer, meaning there is no monetary compensation involved.  You may leave our team at any time as well as get removed at any time. We do not expect you to "live" on this site, but we do want you to take at least 5-10 hours a week either programming, promoting, forum moderating, ect.  We will remove anyone that is trying to get a free ride on this site and not doing anything.
