PS Soft Boundaries of Support
While we strive to provide only the best programs and scripts available, we are not always able to help troubleshoot and resolve any issues you may experience when using our files.  We will try in all ways to help with any issues you may have, but we do have a boundary of support that is followed which is outlined below.
PS Soft does not have a support phone number, only our online forums or email.

Program/Application Support

• In the downloads section, you will see the compatibility for each file listed and that is what we will go by.  If you download a program intended for windows xp and you have windows 98, we simply can not provide support for it as it was not intended for windows 98.  If you are in doubt as to what a program will work with or if the file listed does not have a compatibility listed, please contact support@programmingsource.net.

• We only offer support now for Windows XP, Vista and 7. We no longer actively offer full support for Windows 95, 98, ME or 2000! We can offer basic troubleshooting for those older systems but that is all it will be limited to...basic troubleshooting. If you need assistance with an older operating system, Microsoft.com still has a knowledge base for those systems.

• We do not make any applications for Linux/Unix or Mac and our programs are not intended to run in those environments.

Web Design and Scripting Support

• You will still see the compatibility listed for our web scripts as well.  For the postnuke and zikula downloads, it will show what version it is intended for.
  WE NO LONGER OFFER ANY SUPPORT FOR POSTNUKE AND ZIKULA SCRIPTS!!!

• All web scripts have been designed and tested using Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 and may not display properly using alternate browsers such as Opera, Firefox or Netscape.  Support is only available for Internet Explorer.  Most scripts should still be compatible using other browsers.

General Boundary Support Information

• We only offer support for supported Microsoft Windows operating systems.  We do not offer support for Unix/Linux (or any variation of), Mac/Apple or any other operating system.

• We only offer support for the Windows Internet Explorer 7 and 8 browsers, no others.

• We will change this document as the need arises.  Such instances would include:  when Microsoft stops support for certain programs or operating systems, if Microsoft releases new (stable, production releases...non beta or trialware) of software or operating systems, phpfusion releases other production versions and so on.

• Please search our Forums and/or FAQ pages for answers to common and known issues.  If you can not find an answer there, feel free to post in our forums and someone will respond back as soon as possible.

• Remember, you are downloading and using these files at your own risk and PS Soft is not liable for anything that could happen as a result.

• Be prepared to give any information needed to help resolve your issue including, but not limited to: version of windows/browser, internet connection type, security software installed and any other system info needed.  PS Soft will NEVER ask for any personal or identifiable information!

• In most cases, we will need to be able to duplicate the issue with any program or script in order to resolve it.  If we can not duplicate it, that typically means it could be something on your end that is causing the problem.  If we can duplicate it, that will usually mean there is something within the code/script that needs modified.

We do encourage you to report any issues with our scripts or programs in our forums.  Please search our forums first before starting a new thread as the issue you are having may have been already reported and a solution posted as well!  You must be a registered user in order to post on our forums, however, if you are just browsing the forums, you do not need to be registered/logged in.
